Role Context

In the context of utility and energy sector software solutions, develops and manages solutions on structured environments to turn raw data into information and insight, which can be used by business stakeholders efficiently and safely.

Data Engineer knows how to find, store, and present a range of information from different sources so that everyone can access what they need quickly and simply, and use it effectively.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Participate in the analysis, design, build, deployment, and support of the end-to-end solutions
• Design, develop, adapt and maintain data warehouse architecture and relational databases that support data mining
• Customize storage and extraction, metadata, and information repositories
• Create and use effective metrics and monitoring processes
• Help to develop business intelligence tools
• Support deal teams by providing subject knowledge and solutions for client proposals
• Author reports that include key performance indicators, show where current operations can be improved, and identify the causes of any problems
• Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators and canned reports, as well as other information portals and resources
• Develop reports and maintain business metadata
• Follow the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
• Produce and maintain technical documentation as required
• Security by design

Project Experience:

• 3 or more years of experience in complex projects or large structured companies

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years or more of progressively professional experience in data analysis
• Proven knowledge on data warehouse and data governance principles
• Knowledge of Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, or similar solutions is required.
• knowledge on large database design
• Knowledge about data transformation tools (e.g. Talend or similar)
• Proven experience on requirement elicitation and formalizations
• Proven knowledge of SQL and statistical languages (e.g. Python, R or similar)
• Machine Learning knowledge is a plus
• Teamwork is required.

Role Context

In the context of utility and energy sector software solutions, analyzes business and authority requirements and defines the impacts on the solution producing detailed documentations for the technical departments. The functional analyst participates to business requirements elicitation session contributing to documentation collection and uses cases design.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Energy Sector with particular attention to billing cycle, tariffs and credits management.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Participate in the analysis, design, build, deployment, and support of the end-to-end solutions
• Manage business requirements and define the possible solution participating to both technical and functional tables
• Produce and maintain functional documentation as required
• Analyze continuously the authority requirements, for the sake the functional impacts on and to the system

Project Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience structured application design like ERPs.

Role Context

The role requires deep knowledge of the Energy Sector with particular attention to billing cycle, tariffs and credits management.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Participate in the analysis, design, build, deployment, and support of the end-to-end solutions
• Design, and execute functional test in conjunction with functional analysts
• Integrate and maintain functional documentation as required
• Report and monitor the bug-fixing life cycle
• Ability to understand authority functional requirements.

Work Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience in equivalent roles.
